Audit Apple Valley

All of the warrants in the July warrant schedule are July’s warrants, but many of them do have June dates. Many of the warrants processed in July were for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 invoices and because they were last fiscal year invoices that were paid in the current fiscal year (2022-2023), our system processes them with a June 30th date. We processed many 2021-2022 invoices throughout the month of July, which is why the June dates are scattered throughout the warrant register.
